My experience is to size down one if the thigh measurement allows it. They will stretch beyond raw measurement pretty fast.

I have the BBs raw too. I just did a single hotsoak and the thigh / waist stretched right back to raw measurements after 2 weeks of wear. knee and hem didn't stretch as they do not get the same amounts of pressure.

Or the 301S. You'd like the 301S...that's pretty much what you've got with the BBs tapered.
