these dont count exactly as an evo but i was checking out a few threads and i saw what this guy did to his imperials. the rise on imperials are crazy if you all know and what he did was to take it apart and change the entire thing. looked pretty good after that.

modifications:

15mm shorter at the top

60mm at the thighs

40mm shorter frontrise

backpoket height 10mm shorter, riveted

inseam overlocked

thinner loops

new front pockets "grubentuch"-lined

@kiya: You used to change out jeans every few months. As an owner of a denim shop and the jean pimp of sufu, it's nuts that you've clung to the RJBs for so long. There must be something special about them. Amazing looking jeans, indeed!

DJ 501XX, two washes

S5000BK, two/three washes

IMG_8350-1.jpgIMG_8353-1.jpg

both jeans were purchased in late 2007. I rotated with some other jeans since then, so I wore them on and off but lost count on the actual time of wear. I think the DJ's were worn for a year and the BK's a bit longer.

washed my rrls and they are completely falling apart now.

no friend, YOU wore the fuck out of your RRLs and now they are falling apart ;)

don't try to blame it on the wash water!

@kiya: all you got is 6 months left and you're in the 2 year thread. now go ahead and tell all these nice people how when you went to inazuma the denim yakuza sewed a tiny sliver of C4 plastique into the inseam of your RJBs, and if you take them off it's gonna blow off your babies.

either that or like i said befoe zimbabwe cotton is addictive. ask FC fans
