just take the train to shinagawa, it's easy and fast if I remember correctly. from there on it's a piece of cake to get to roppongi, though you have to change again in ebisu.

Take the Metro line to Ebisu, hop on to the JR line to Shinagawa for the Limited Express Train or to Hamamatsucho for the Monorail.

Theres also a "Limo Bus" that leaves from somewhere in Roppongi...

probably late now but you should just take the oedo-sen to Daimon, then walk to the monorail or take the asakusa-line from there to Haneda.

i think you get the limo service when you (or your company) purchase a first- or business-class ticket. they don't give to you if you upgrade.
