My bet is that Levi's is going after retailers, like SE. Same thing Viacom did with YouTube this week. Suing the distributor of products that violate trademark.

If you googe levis lawsuit, it's funny to see how many companies they've sued over the past few years - almost everyone you can think of that makes jeans, especially other US based companies...pretty pathetic.
