This is how I roll!

Easy cut, easy to maintain. Short on the back and sides, split on the left, everything

combed to meet in the back. Wash hair, airblow it damp like the way you want,

apply greaser pomade like Pusher or Route66 (fantastic products), comb with a wet

comb. Go outside. Easy as hell!

So I got on the cold perm bandwagon.

Discovered that for pliable, textured styles, Sebastian matte putty is better than crafty clay.

My cut is similar to yours. Or maybe was, didn't take too long for my hair to grow out... Besides that it's a cool cut.

i took this to my hair dresser but in the end my hair comes out too much like a rockabilly deal. i dont know if my hair is too thick, too short or if i just havent found the right product yet.

i added a bit of water to it in this pic, to make it a little less poofy than it usually is after styling. any suggestions? apologies for the lack of shirt

i've been playing with products and not washing it as often. it seems to help, but i think his is thinner and longer on the top. im almost out of the product i have so ill try something new i guess. im open to suggestions though

you can get it thinned/textured. my stylist has this weird comb x blade thingy that helps for that.

my hair is currently Channing Tatum on the cover of GQ. its the first time i've brought a picture of a white guy in and had it actually look the same. maybe channing is part asian

ferrealdo, my hair is wavy/stubborn as all hell, if i had asian hair id take full advantage of its straightness and rock a pomp like these guys..

theyre a rockabilly dj/dance/party crew i saw once before and had tons of fun.. anyways, ive of course always dug the rockabilly look, and especially like how mean azn can look when they adopt the steelo, not to mention envy them for i will simply never be able to rock such a do with my kind of mane.

heres my little twink roommates new hair. i dont really ever care for unnatural color hair but i think it suits him. hes all toothpick skinny and "fierce and fabulous" and is going to be a famous fashion designer someday and the bright red/nearly pink gives him a sort of nostalgic punk rock semblance which ironically i think works well juxtaposed against his waifish look and personality. not to mention brings out his nice blue eyes

i think you need a certain type of asian hair to do an asian pomp. when i style my hair i feel i'm using alot more pomade then i really should to get it to raise. i have to use hair spray for it to hold as well :/.
