Hong Kong is more humid then hot. You can take a cold shower and then after you get out and go outside, you're sweating again.

As for Singapore I've never been there, but I presume it's just as hot or worse, since It's closer to the Equator.

True, Florida does get pretty bad during deep Summers.

The Southern Asian countries are pretty much steady all-year round. All the days are 12 hours long no matter what time of year it is. Pretty much like a tropical rainforest, one season all-year round, never seen snow. It's way harsh.

lucky - if youre going to wear the jeans like that, either lose the socks altogether, or wear very low ankle socks. the 2 inches of leg showing isnt a great look imo.

i've been to both, and i would have to say singapore. but, there's a couple of other places that i've been to that would give both of them a run for their money. northern sumatra and baghdad.

basically way i see it if your rolling jeans they should be falling no higher than where top of your socks are,any higher it looks off,same as it imo in kiifxs last few fits,unless you are riding a bike then it has a practical purpose
