It's a Goodwear A2 Dubow, got it almost 3 years ago.

Went up one size, but could've gone up two. I usually wear a 40, the jacket is 42. If I want to wear a sweater underneath it, I would have to go 44 because its tight around the arm holes and shoulders.

Yes and almost everything else--my was custom made but I kept it close to spec.

You need a boot that is blake stitched instead of welted. Most welted footwear is going to be clunky, unless you find a boot made with a narrow last. Have looked a those Motos?

Thats a pretty rad video...I still think those boots are pretty hideous, both in shape, and the weird solid wingcap thing that, at least for me, succeeds in making the boot look too fussy for a workboot, and just weird as a dress boot.
