@thejimbo I have the 1800, which is the same cut as the the 1108, and I have the same size in both. The 1800 have a higher rise though.

This denim really does stretch though, just remember that.

Does the 710 have a slimmer fit than the 1800?

Also did u buy one wash or raw, im not sure what length to get, i usually have a 33 leg with a small turn up, but i wasnt sure if the one wash model would still have some shrink left in it.

I think that the 1800 has a smaller thigh and a larger leg opening. I bought one wash and washed since and haven't noticed any loss of length.

Turned up the other day, the tagged 32 measure 30" waist. They are tiny!

Think i need a 33 or 34 in these.

I got them from Yuichi at pirates, one wash version. I must haven eaten too many pies cos I cant really button up all the way.

Gonna exchange them for a 33. He said its no problem.

What's up with everyone on instagram having the same steez in their resolutes (small upturned cuff no break)?  Looks pretty good... Maybe it's just because after shrink they're super short.  Does anybody here have a pair?

I guess they all follow the style of Hayashi-san who likes to wear his pants on the short side. The jeans would be long enough if you size them that way (although 36" raw maximum AFAIK)

Something about this cut of resolute makes me do the same thing when I wear mine. Though there are some real Hayashi San wannabee's out there on Instagram.

The 710 is a nice cut, the arse saggs a bit, but the legs are nice

For me there is nothing better than a pair of denimes. I always get a buzz going through the 2nd hand denim shops in japan in case I find a pair of the old 66XX in my size. Unfortunately my buzz is short lived as I only find size 27-30's. One day I will find a pair.

Resolute take some getting used to as the denim seems so boring, thin and flat, but I've seen enough faded pairs to know/hope it'll be worth it later.

Me too. I still have hopes for a pair of Denime 66XX in 36. I saw a pair on Yahoo but didn't get them as I got the 20th anniversary shortly beforehand. Then the exact pair was bought from a Chinese guy and is now on Taobao for nearly double the price (ok, I am guessing here but how many Denim 66XX in 36 BNWT with the same Lot# are floating around?! )

yep, especialyl smaller sizes from W27 to W29 are rather easy to find (across the Denime line-up)

I wear a size 36 in the Fullcount 0105, should I go with a size 38 in the 710 or 711?  Looks like they shrink from the tagged waist and inseam size.

I have a 32 in the 0105 and both 34 in 710/711

^Glad to know my sizing guess was on point! Resolute's have been tempting me for months but I can't buy anything til at least May (and even then I'm more apt to buy boots these days)...
