My late/new S40s do have a red tab, yes. There has only been one production run of these jeans and I'm pretty certain it has only gone direct to consumer so far. I watch many of TCB's usual stockists and none have carried it yet. They are also going to keep producing both 40s models. The original S40 is their bestselling model so I doubt they will stop producing it any time soon. -
