These are beautiful, the crotch looks like it could benefit from a rinse, if you wait too long it will be brittle. These jeans hold their indigo well, no need to wait a long time to get them wet

tvshooter *** I have a feeling these will be grail worthy

Thanks Beatle, that's a very nice comment. Although, if they do not reach grail status, I will still be very happy in being part of the group that is participating in this "contest". And with that. . .anybody else got some pic's?:)

Thought the thread could use some more pictures. Worn everyday since the beginning of March, so around 9 weeks. Put them in for a cleansing soak (started to get that nasty, damp smell) so I decided to take some pictures before.

Pictures taken with natural sunlight. To my surprise, they seem to have a greenish hue; it actually made me pretty happy. Gonna see if I can stay true to wearing them everyday for a whole year.

Why does everyone one of their posts look like it was translated from Japanese using a Jerry Garcia translator?

Generally my wildest whims aren't to thrash 300 dollar master crafted Japanese garments to make them look like the new Diesel wash, but to each their own i guess.

haha thats a good point... o and im just wondering you still selling that north face purple label jacket ? if you are ive been pming you. thanks in advance

haha i noticed that about my buttons as well.. Very nice touch...

I completely agree with klue, my pair has seen 3 washes and they hold their color well... Not saying that i experience 1/10 of the activity that Klue does..

Ken,

Wash number 4 is coming before i start work on June 1st...

my neice smeared a pb&j sandwich on my leg as soon as i got home from work 2 days ago, so it was time for yet another hand-wash. dr. bronners as usual. since washing is the topic i must admit i've become a complete wash-a-fucking-holic with these jeans. im just clearing 6 months and i've hot-handwashed these at least 6 times, and the last 2 were in the last 7 days! im trying to stick to a once a month regimen, but if some ill shit gets on em, in the drink they go! i love it cause they just get softer, and they don't lose their indigo easily like klue said. the dye is super water-unsoluble, and rather abrasion resistant as well. im glad kuniyoshi-san recommends frequent washing. tyshooters jeans are gonna be off the map! we most def gotta get up some time this summer. give em a wash already everybody! if you like the jeans less after a good hot wash, -rep the shit outta me!!! yo beats! whats good baby girl?

TAKEN FROM FC WEBSITE. ORIGINALLY POSTED BY GEOWU. +REP HIM...

Quote: When we say 'cotton', there are so many types. Some are for mass production, and some are for high-class goods.

Cotton that is double cropped in a year is considered mainstream as we know it today. Single cropped cotton has scarcity value, that is used only for high-class goods like dresses and shirts. Needless to say, most jeans you see are made from double cropped cotton. Generally, using single cropped cotton for jeans is supposed to be too exclusive.

But in the 1940s (Birth of jeans) Americans did not double-crop. For higher quality of jeans, we at FULLCOUNT use single cropped cotton. Naturally, the single cropped cotton grows bigger than the double cropped cotton.

For this reason, we are able to spin a long fine thread. With a long fine thread, we make low volume cloths, which doesn't need to be twisted so many times, meaning a long fine thread can create cloths that are very soft, light and also durable.

FULLCOUNT uses Zimbabwean cotton, the highest class in the single cropped cotton. Using 100% highest quality natural materials, we achieve this quality and comfortability to wear and wear well .

(...)

We have direct contact with jeans and our skin.

Sweat and grime from the body penetrate the inner side of jeans. Another good point of jeans is absorbency.

Even during minor perspiration, wasing them is unnecessary for up to one week.

For this reason, jeans must be highly absorbent. Zimbabwean cotton has higher absorbency than the other cotton that requires tight twists making it very hard.

In addition, when you wash FULLCOUNT jeans, you can remove high quantities of dirt because of its easy twisted thread.

Therefore, you can wear them over andover again, and still enjoy a refreshing touch every time you wash them...that is the result of using high quality natural materials, which maximizes the life of the jeans.

frostanubis is in the potential grail club as well. trust, if you dont wash&reinforce the crotch very soon,it will get real ugly. like miki-san said:" There are no times when you pay attention to the especially laundry, but wearing normally, when it becomes dirty, we recommend wearing that you wash." he recommends once a week!

i think i just got that refreshing feeling he was talking about.

^ if you're referring to the quote above you, i was asking for stretching possibilities. ok, i got W32 1108C and they're stretched out to 34 right now. i'm worried about the impending wash. will they stay at tagged size after wash or will the waist stretch back out towards raw measurement. tnx.

i didn't really get the quote about washing, so please rephrase, and these things still bleed pretty bad , on my coin purse, my keychains, my socks even my kicks =_=...blue massacre lol

washing = better for the denim fabric by getting rid of microbes in the cloth/thread, more durability in the long run

i'll be washing/soaking mine in a week when i get to a place with better facilities since i sat on some random dirt today thats not coming off with spot cleaning. hopefully they wont bleed as much afterwards
