the grommet? You can buy those at any leatherworking store.

They've got different brands and different items. I just e-mailed them and there's a guy that wrote me back and facilitated the whole thing. The only bad thing is that I had to wire the money over and my particular bank charges a fee for those. I've since learned that some banks (even in the US) will have accounts that don't have that.
