24 oz? consider me interested :)

vjiforlife, no hemming necessary imo, looks great cuffed

The only reason I consider hemming is because I don't know if I really want to continue to do the whole triple cuff thing. Maybe a inch off.....

My 1105's came yesterday. After a quick wash and line dry they fit perfect, shrinks down exactly to tag size. Had Kiya hem them so length is good, probably shrank only 2" not 3" at the inseam, but I imagine after another couple washes it will lose that last inch. Great jean, love the course/uneven denim which isnt as rough and burlap-y as PBJ which I didnt care for.

The 24oz sounds interesting as I missed out on the Samurai 24oz RHT.

So no details about the cut? I hope it's not too slim and not too low rise

edit: found it. It comes in bootcut and a '50s-'60s cut.

I dunno if it will be the same one SE is gonna carry.

The price is....steep

We're only carrying the straight leg 50's style fit, not the bootcut.

Maybe Sean Penn is one of a few exceptions when it comes to pulling of boot cut...well , bell bottoms, but what the hell

Sean Penn can wear a garbage bag and still be cool.

They soften up fast, boys. A little rough at first, but as Kiya said, they give back in a week or two.

I'm liking the evolution of the rivets. The copper on mine has darkened, but the steel male rivets are still bright. A fun little bit of entertainment as the jeans evolve, for sure.
