I fully lined my back pocket with denim today. I didn't realize how bad of a job I did until I took a picture of it.

also, I have developed the "skater-hole"

Thanks y'all. I have some more pictures to throw up later. I am happy with the progress but as I said, some of you wear your stuff hard! All in all I've been liking the jeans but I do wish I would have gone up a size or at least the thighs were a little wider. No more problems after I got my crotch fix from BiG.

maybe that last pic came out quite darker than the 1000 denim really is, but there are some mean fades happening all over.

Yeah, the last one was one of the ones I took inside under warmer light. The others I took outside under strong daylight. Still trying to learn how to use this camera.

Yeah, the knee fades are from playing with my 16month old son. I do a lot of scooting around on the floor.

I don't think I plan on washing these again until about 11months. I want to keep them as dark as possible.

Couple pics since I'm at the halfway mark. Worn for probably about 3.5 months or so. I have a terrible camera, so these don't really show the true color at all. But it's a good approximation of the fade so far.

Soooo, pretty much 6 months [started Nov. 5th]

2 washes, 2 soaks.

Thats pretty much the most accurate color I've gotten so far. But I'll try to take some better pics in the next couple of days.

These two show the fading patterns and stuff. Definitely not that light, though, I can picture them looking something like that by the end of the contest.

So yeah, more pics to come in the following days once I get better lighting somewhere.
