quas2007-Never sent his end of a trade, mine went out, he received, and he never sent his end. Also the pair of jeans I traded for turned out to be allegedly stolen from another SuFu member.

Be warned he has a pair of Blue Crashes in 29 that were mine he stole!

Anyone here from Germany perhaps if Advancedart(one of the reputable seller here)can help me? I need help with paypal because my German language is not that good since im an Ausländer here.. How can i send money with 4% extra? When i click on Geld senden, there are only 3 options available

1: Andere Waren (normally i paid using this one)

2: Ebay artikel

3. Dienstleistung

Which one should i pick so that whenever i bought something and want to pay it so that i wont be scammed, i can simply pick the safest method.Ive been browsing thru paypal but couldnt find the answer. Ive been buying on SF only from reputable seller because of afraid losing money.

Thanks for the help though and by the way, you can simply contact me thru PM

thanks in advance

Amount x 1.04 = Amount + 4%.

also stop sending gift payments.. holy shit. some of my buyers insist on it and that's cool but i still make them send normal payments for their own safety. if you really want the 4% then ask for it to be added.

Got a transaction with the "Aure" user for a pair of RO boot shipping from Aussie. It's the only item I'm waiting on SUFU for 2 months. User doesn't seem to give a fuck to even reply to PM. So I will like to know if anybody got any problems with him before I take some legal actions.

Edit : yep, he ripped me off. So, for anyone dealing with him, his name is AARON CRUZ / email : [email protected]

Get his head.

 o shit...

I just found out that user quarry got banned - was wondering why his SILENT pre-order thread got deleted. Unfortunately, I sent him some money for it. Has anyone else done this, or specifically, heard from him?

I've never bought anything from him but I believe the reason why he got banned was because he was operating his store on the forums, not because he's a scammer.

Found Aure (alias AARON JOHN CRUZ), fucker didn't even bother to change his old pic for his new sale on ebay. The guy has reupload on ebay what he was supposed to sell me : a pair of RO low boot elephant I have never received, nor did give me a tracking number :

on ebay, his name is A.cr, : http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170692898176 for 450 $

- proof before he changed info (08/09/11) : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/88/capturedcran20110909165.png

on sufu, his name is Aure : http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?t=279991 for (350 $ without shipment) - 400 $ (shipment included, I have paypal proof)

proof : http://imageshack.us/f/5/image51.png/

proof 2 : http://imageshack.us/f/703/image52x.png/

His contact : AARON JOHN CRUZ / email : [email protected]

Same location (Sydney / Australia), same pic, almost same price and same name. Just about 3 months difference. Coincidence ? NAHHH.

Story :

- bought him a pair of Rick Owens low elephant boots size 42 and paid on paypal 350 + 50 (shipment) $.

- Told me he was going to send me.

- Shipment was delayed a bit for a few weeks (probably to buy time).

- Told me he couldn' send me earlier because he went on trip and just went back.

- Never MP me the tracking number he promised. I waited a bit since I did many transaction on this forum and never had any problems (most sellers are really cool guys).

- Never replied to my PM.

- I contact him more.

- Silence.

- Fucked me on paypal since I cannot ask for refund (more than a few months).

- Saw my RO boots on ebay this week.

- Now going on berserker mode.

Well, let's see how far he can run.

Mod please ban this scammer after this case is solved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update (08/09/11) : found his FB for a pic : http://www.facebook.com/find-friends#!/aaronjohncruz

------------------

Update 2 (09/09/11): the guy read this, changed his sales (Ann D. sneakers topic). Fucker retracted his item, didn't even bother to reply me. GAY.

Here : http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?p=2837444#post2837444

-------------------

Update 3 (09/09/11) : OK, now I have the proof Aure read my mess, but didn't contact me.

The reason is because the coward edited his sales thread on SUFU here to try to cover up his trap : http://imageshack.us/f/696/capturedcran20110909164.png/

Now the thread has become this after I posted a few days : proof : http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?t=279991

This clearly shows there's something "fishy" going on. But hey, did you really think I would not take pictures before ? STUPID i

Oh, did I mention he STILL DID NOT contact me ? Grow a pair of balls man, did you think you could go away ?

--------------------

Update 4 (09/09/11) : Also changed his FB name to AARON CRUZ.

Dude, you're AARON JOHN CRUZ, it's tatooed on your I.D, if you mom knew, she would be soooooo upset.

proof : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/109/capturedcran20110909182.png/

Edit : on 11/09/11 he put back his whole name.

------------

Update 5 (09/09/11) : the fucker changed his I.D on ebay.

His name is now changed to "Maddox.m.c"

Definitively a great scammer, proof here : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/88/capturedcran20110909165.png/

His name was "A.cr".

Just digging your grave man.

-------------

Update 6 (12/09/11) : proof I've bought him his boots and we had both made a transaction on 28/05/11 : (MP exchanges)

proof : http://imageshack.us/f/197/image64kv.png/

On 09/09/11

I have now the clear proof what I'm saying is valid.

The "strange" seller who wanted to put the ebay RO low boots and changed his name into Maddox.m.C (originally A.cr) has just ended his sale today on ebay.

proof : http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170692898176

proof (back up) : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/809/capturedcran20110910081.png/

proof (back up - next) : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/850/capturedcran20110910081.png/

Which means the alias AARON JOHN CRUZ - A.CR - MADDOX.M.C - AURE - AARON CRUZ are linked and may be the same person.

Dear diedre

Not sure if you know or not but I can see your IP address and know you are the member "aure" that is reporting BabyQ's post above as "offensive" and "unjust".

It wasn't very smart to post from the same IP address and to use someones email that has the exact same last name as the one used in your AURE account when you registered.

I will save you the embarrassment of posting your PM as a new but "concerned" user. I can't believe you thought that might actually work?

You need to give BabyQ what he paid for or his money back by Monday or you will be banned from Superfuture. Also, all your sales threads, now and in the future, will be deleted if you don't act by Monday.

Superfuture has a zero tolerance for scammers and you are doing very little to dissuade the admin's and moderators of the Supermarket that you are not exactly that.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from the user "aure" or "diedre"

and if you have any purchases that you have not received from him I recommend you file a paypal dispute ASAP to protect yourself.

All the information gathered and reported to me will be sent to eBay Fraud as well.

There will be no discussion about this matter, any and all post relating to it will be deleted.

(this message has been PM'ed to BabyQ, aure, diedre)

Bought a pair of MMM sneakers from user drk87jk. Paid via PP gift 6th May, he only shipped out the shoes 16th May. Or so he claimed he sent them out.

I was pretty adamant on paying via non-gift, but he was pretty insistent I paid via gift so I eventually gave in because I really wanted the sneakers.

I paid extra for Express shipping (I'm located in Asia) but he claimed he forgot and sent the sneakers out by Priority. He promptly funded the extra cash I paid for Express, so I thought he was for-that-moment legit.

I have yet to receive the sneakers and it's been, what, 2 months since I've paid. He hasn't been replying to my PMs on here and Styleforum, as well as emails.

Colossal asininity and naiveness on my part and this is a bloody expensive lesson to learn from.

What are the chances of me being successful in requesting a chargeback from the bank? Would appreciate any advice whatsoever.

Thanks for your time.

Finally got my chargeback processed and I got back most of my money (part of the payment was from my paypal balance).

So don't ever buy from user drk87jk.

User: prestige

Paid for some items as a payment with the 4%, didn't hear anything back then sent him a PM about two weeks later. Said he forgot to send them and he'd refund me. It hasn't happened about a month later. Paypal claim is open.

On top of that he was just generally a pain to work with.

I am currently having issues with seller: cse150m

He sold me his broken Macbook Pro listed here: http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?p=2854382#post2854382

I was told the repair would cost $280 but when I took it into the Apple store I got a quote of $700+. Upon his request, I made the payment via Google Checkout instead of what I preferred, Paypal. He first told me to ship back the laptop and I would be refunded my payment but I would have to cover the shipping AND Google fees. After some debating, he still does not agree that he should have to cover the shipping charges for the item being "not as described" as Paypal list it as.

With Google Checkout, there is what looks to be a very minimal type of claim center and what I may have to end up doing is filing for a chargeback on my credit card.

I just wanted to confirm, am I right to assume that I should not have to pay any shipping of handling fees associated with this return? I know if this were an Ebay/Paypal purchase I would be refunded as well as reimbursed for shipping.

I offered to cover the shipping costs to him, and the fees, but he would have to pay the shipping to return the item to me. Aside from that the Apple Store in Costa Mesa and Irvine Spectrum both took a look at it and diagnosed it as a logic board issue that they would fix for a flat fee of $280. This was the best that I could describe the item, as that was what they quoted me.

Even if you chargeback you will still have to return the item at your own shipping cost. Once again I've offered and answered every question to the best of my abilities and never misrepresented the item. If apple tells me they can fix it for $280, then the best information I can give you is to tell them what they quoted me.

I told you before hand specifically, "Aside from that I will let you return it, if you pay the return shipping costs, and my costs to ship the item, plus any fees related."

And now I'm even covering my shipping costs and any other related fees. For any retailer you would still be obliged to return the item, which you are still obliged to do if you are going to charge back the item. I think I'm being quite fair based on my terms.

^paypal as far as i'm concerned doesn't reimburse costs for sending it back. even with retailers you wouldn't find many if any at all who reimburses return costs.

i think a chargeback would be your best choice. though keep in mind you might piss google off.

I'm not asking for anything beyond paypal or any other retailer. The item was broken, I described what the Apple store mac genius bar diagnosed it to be, and their findings in the Palo Alto store differed with the stores I took it to. I have a printout, and a previous diagnosis and offer linked to the serial number, I never described the item incorrectly.

drk87jk has been mia on here and styleforum for quite a while now (he's spacetaekwon on styleforum). He put up a sale thread on sf today so I pm'd him. He insists he sent out the shoes and said he's appealing the charge back that I requested for and successfully won. He also told me not to talk to him any more.

He has not given me any proof that he sent out the sneakers (I requested to see the postage receipt).

Avoid him like the plague.

[EDIT] Saw his other sale thread on styleforum and thought it looked familiar. He has another account here as well.

Starting to get concerned about user sea bass. I sent payment over a week ago for a CDW vest. Last PM a week ago saying he'd ship the next day.

Ensuing PM and email to PayPal email have not been returned. Did some looking at his history and apparently this is not new behavior. I did not pay as gift, so I'll be filing a dispute by the end of the week unless I hear from him right away.

having a similar problem i bought a pair of diors from user WiizardKelly a few days ago and he hasn't replied back to any of my pm's about shipping. I wasn't too worried until i saw his name pop out in this thread so im starting to get more suspicious. Also, paypal says the recipient of the payment is unverified. anyone know if he's still legit?

I sent him money through instant bank transfer but dont remember if it was by gift. does anyone know if i can still make a paypal dispute? or should i just try to do a chargeback?

I did a partial trade with a guy on here. I sent him some julius pants and money and never received anything. It was too late to contact paypal unfortunately.

The guy is called rebelrebelrebel now and is selling the julius pants I sent him. I asked him if he could at least send me my pants back but again he doesn't answer. Don't deal with this guy.
