thats always sucks when that happens. what i usually do when that happens is get all the tobacco out first by just poking it out and then wetting the blunt then cut...hopefully that helps out next time.

unless the bowl slides out, you need to add a carb hole...and i don't know what you used for the stem, but try to cut some holes/slits on the bottom to work as a diffuser.
