anyone else in the dc/md/va area experience the same trouble getting dank stuff / not paying ridiculous amounts when you do?

There are a lot of people in NoVA and the rest of VA with dankness, its just hard to meet them. Even when you know people zips of headies are never going to be as cheap here as they are in california/canada.
