As for existing I have a tattoo on my inner lip, got on impulse haha...

coil with something smaller. maybe its just the quality of the line work that is throwing it off (or angle of picture)

fair enough. he used a coil and i am not even sure of the size of needle, i was more wondering how you could tell from a pic, having myself been tattooed with tight and spread needles by tattooers with varying skill and experience.

i figure they are all part of a larger collection, please excuse the mess that partying and middle age decline has made of my body :D

Is this work decent? I think so but no nothing about Quality at this point, any input...

looks decent, wouldn't put it on my arms but would take it on the legs.

if you choose this artist and get traditional pieces make sure they use the black shader.

there is a fair bit of talent circulating in brisbane. should check out mitch13 or ben rouke if you're into trad stuff.

your description of "all shapes" is lacking.

everything now a days aside from black is pigment, which is why black holds better than any color laid down and is used to outline tattoos. though, most colors now hold well too (but not as much as black)

and im sure you meant black and grey, so theres that.
