how are the prices, etc etc? i'm slightly reluctant to travel all the way to vivocity to try a singaporean-based hot fog franchise.

^^ the prices are pretty reasonable, about that of bk or macs. the food isn't fantastic, but pretty decent. if you've got nothing else to do at vivo, it's probably not worth it to go there just for superdog.

i've yet to try botak jones, was told to wait at least an hour when i attempted.

All this talk about NYC deli's made me head down to Seah Street. (btw, my personal favourite is Carnegie Deli for their hot pastrami sarnies and strawberry cheesecake, plongin...)

Up there, you saw potato skins, Cobb salad with avocado, roast chicken and blue cheese, the Reuben (pastrami, swiss cheese and sauerkraut on toasted rye) and apple cranberry crumble tart with good ol' vanilla ice-cream for dessert.

Love the free gherkins (free top-ups!) they serve as appetizers...
