lunch at home today:

rojak (local salad w spicy prawn paste dressing)

stir fried rice noodles with sliced fish

dammn jo ... you even eat with fancy plates and settings at home!

awesome set up...i like how its local fare presented in semi traditional japanese ware

but u know what, a lot of irishmen i met n dublin says kilkenny's for fags! hahaha...

am i one then? lol... anyway, they seem to only drink guinness back home!

every person/household apparently has a stash of guinness!!! how cool!!!

Fine dining at Novus to celebrate...

Started with cold tomato soup (not shown), Foie Gras and raspberry compote drizzled with chocolate sauce.

Main was a steamed Garoupa with potatoes and aubergine caviar. Accompanying wine (not shown) was a Pinot Gris.

Ended with the dessert assiette consisting of mini creme brulee, coffee custard, lychee jelly, passionfruit sorbet & vanilla ice-cream in a glazed wafer cup, strawberry sorbet, mini-brownie and fruit compote. Whew!
