thorough, good shit. I adore gumbo. The roux is a tiny bit darker than I'd usually make it, but it looks great. Last time I tried making alligator gumbo, it didn't turn out that great. Alligator sausage sounds interesting though.

here is some of the stuff i had last week while i was in iceland, so not exactly today.

kangaroo steak

puffin in blueberry sauce

steak sandwich with bearnaise (yuck) sauce

everytime i visit a new country i have to hit the kfc, wish i hadnt it was awful

it was like 5 in the morning and i was drunk as hell so this was hella good

i actually have no idea what this is, i just walked into a vegetarian spot, and the insanely cute server girl told me this was teh special of the day so i ordered it.

it tasted like hummus pizza, with sweet potatoes. some type of rice, and some apple and orange salad.

this meal was great: cream of mushroom, baked potato, fries, salad, and lamb steak

alot of the locals kept recommending skyr, its like bitter yogurt, dont like yogurt so this was wasted

the most flavorless ice cream ive ever had

lastly, i wish this pic wasnt messed up dont know how it happened, but it was some good ass hot dog.

this last one wasnt in iceland, it was teh airport in boston but i finally tried dunkin donuts, none here in san jose. theyre alright
