mis, its good but nothing out of this world. i found out that its actually a very simple addition of macha powder to the creme brulee mix, so its simple to do.

where there's a queue, there's a hypebeast. this was something everyone was kopping. red bean cake in a fish shape. one was green tea flavoured and the other was black sesame. tasted much the same to me though...

really pretty looking ice cream. tasted good too. the wafer shell was soft and sticks to your teeth, and the raspberry ice cream was tangy and freshhhh.

those fish shaped red bean cakes that soepom ate were one of my favorite things to eat when living in korea. it was like 2 dollars for 6 of em and the my the school bus driver would sometimes buy it for us in the winter. damn i wish i could have some right now

lunch today--tonkatsu at maisen in omotesando! cheap and fucking good. never will look at tonkatsu in singapore the same way again.

peep the tokyo superguide in the background. a friend's recommendation plus the restaurant entry and map in the guide did it for us.

dinner was gyoza at another recommended spot in harajuku

fried and steamed gyoza with leeks and chives, complete with a lemon sour.

Maisen! Their onion-y sauce makes the meal. All other tonkatsu pale in comparison.
