They are called 'shazors'. These came bootcut but I tappered them in. They have a seem that extends towards the back of the jean starting from the knee and ends on the bottom back of the jean which is cool. This color also comes in a style called the paddom which is pretty much what I have on but with a zipper on the back. $140

Tie with polo is alright, it would look better with an even more skinny tie (pref. black leather).

If you are to match your tie with belt (esp. white or other bright color that marks your hip) dont wear it with pants worn that low.

you should alter your belt also, tuck-ins aint that hot

this is ofcourse only how I would wear it, no preach.
