Loving my Californians so far. Once the lower legs settle down a bit they'll be amazing. By far my favorite fitting jeans. Denim is awesome too. There's already little knobs showing up. Double Dipping on MF today:

I definitely agree with you about the cuffing but footwear wise I think high top sneakers work fine too.

I'd consider it if I knew a good tailor out here. I wouldn't know where to get them hemmed otherwise and with shipping and everything it gets a bit costly. Here's a pic with double cuffs for reference:

Here's what I got last night in inches:

Waist: 31 stretched out to a 32

Front Rise: 11

Back Rise: 15 1/2

Thigh: 12

Knee: 9

Inseam: 32

Hem: 8 1/2

Pretty sure theres still some shrinkage. They got hot soaked for 15 minutes then I wore them straight out of the soak til dry.

I have to say, that the new jeans are kind of growing on me. I would actually wear them, except for the pockets seem really big and low... Is it just small sizes showing up looking like that? Would a bigger size not look as off to my eye?

the leather patch doesn't bother me at all. Just looks like a non tight pair of wrangler to the eye at first.
