cheap- trying to be helpful, and i know this may sound like something obvious to say but ( and this is what I do when im down, im pretty tempremental )... try just changing one thing, take a holiday from smoking or drinking or your friends or whatever and fill the time with something else, be by yourself for a while, or buy a load of books or find a new sport and it really does freshen one up and lift ones chin.

I went to Kenka when I was in New York because a bunch of people in my NYC trip thread told me to.......and now all I can think about is how fucking awesome Kenka is and how much I want okonomiyaki and miso onigiri.
