Lovely! Perfect example of how washing does not ruin your jeans.

The fading and wear on these reminds me of the 33s and 37s from the LVC contest.

I have no experience with the 01 cut but as ooe's measure tag size raw it is advised to size up

I will put my trust in you and get myself a size up of 1.

thanks for the advice guys, definitely going with the 02 cut, likely size up 1 to be safe tts might be too brave for me

Size up 1 is good advice, I'm 34 in IH and 37 for Ooe's! Both my pairs of Ooe's have shrunk nearly 2" in the waist, obviously smaller waist sizes will shrink less, but your still looking at substantial shrinkage. I found the sizing chart on the Ooe's site to be pretty accurate in my size.

Settled on cut (02) and size. I'm going to be keeping most details the same. I don't have any thing based on a '66 model, I figure i'll just enjoy what they're all about.

heard back from ryo and hiro today and they gave me the go ahead to increase

I've been asked to measure the front & rear rise on my 2 washed pairs, hope this helps with sizing decisions:

9202 Sz 37 Front 315mm, rear 435mm (4 wash)

4301 Sz 33 front 305mm, rear 380mm (1 wash)

I like the custom patch idea alot. I'd like to also suggest sufu-inspired pocketbags. Maybe an upsized silkscreen on canvas of the new dot-fade rep buttons, left pocket plus, right pocket neg.

I'm totally cool with traditional too though...this is Ooe-Yofukuten after all.
