Showering: Morning/Day or Night?

I used to always shower in the mornings but this past year I have been showering at nights so I get to sleep in and not worry about it.

Now I am kinda paranoid about whether I am smelly to others (I do use deodorant and a fragrance) especially when someone comes in to work with chokingly bad BO and doesnt seem to realize it.

When do you guys shower? Am I being just overly paranoid about BO?

cant you smell your own bo man? it prob aint bad if you cant smell it yourself. i shower in the morning usually but its sometimes nice to just shower the night before for convenience

optimally both, but morning is a must. You spend hours and hours in bed sweating and barely moving. Spending a whole night in bed, then a whole DAY awake doing stuff without showering is mad dirty.

mornings are more of a rinse - like bim said, you sweat a lot when you sleep. soap, rinse the hair, cleanse the face, roll out.

At the end of the day I'm usually sweaty as hell from the gym, so it's the full on soap/scrub/sing some saves the day like the breakdown from "ten feet tall".

I hope someone doesn't post the american psycho morning routine thing, that joke is so pre-9/11

i used to shower both in the morning and at night; but then my skin got dry as fuck. so i just shower at night.

usually shower daily during the summer, but in the colder months i shower once every two days (mainly because of hair).

Gotta shower at night. Hate going to sleep with greasy/oily skin. I rarely sweat in my sleep so still feel clean in the morning. Just gotta dump my head under the faucet to get rid of the bedhead in the morning.
