  6. My 1101's after two hot washes + dryer and a week of wear. How'd I do on the sizing? Seems like I finally got a cut that works for my large-ish thigh : waist measurements.

  11. 601 XXC, 1937 I've been wearing these for about 7 months as my main jeans - guess it probably levels out at 3-4 times per week. Never washed them in that time until today... Before 40C wash (front only, nothing to see around here :)) ... and after wash

  17. Nice work so far guys. I sat out this round to focus on some in-progress pairs, but I'll probably enter the next denim contest with my deadstock TFH 1005s.

  18. 1082's landed with me just now - on first impressions they're almost identical to my BR og spec, in cut/fit and colour. The cloth is softer to begin with though, significantly so. Possibly lighter weight as well but without having both to hand I can't quite tell. Will be bobbing these in to my local tailor's for shortening, looking forward to wearing them! Thanks for the push to pick some up @Talan

  21. No. 2 tux fit pics. Cross-post from main TCB thread
    1 point
  22. Here are fit pics of my full No. 2 tux plus some without the jacket. Unfortunately the lighting has not been ideal in any of my usual spots recently but these should be good enough to get an idea of the fit. As I suspected, they fit and look differently on me than the TCB crew. In a way, the fit kind of reminds me of a well washed pair of 50s with a 0.5-1” higher rise and lighter weight denim. I really like the fit, details, and fabric on these. They should be easier to wear with my existing stuff than I had feared. I still hope to snap some detail shots at some point when I have the time to make the lighting more ideal. However, TCB’s photos of the details feel pretty true to life

  25. OA/Tezo/Fw ‘51s/Birks and best of all this beautiful new bag c/o Duke here. I’ve had the same nylon shoulder bag I got free at a photo convention in college for about 20 years now. I needed something special to replace it and found it.

  26. And some fit pics. Quite a high rise and wide leg. And with t-shirt tucked in I got mine from Mercari but I saw that Naoki also has some old stock of these: https://pants-shop-avenue.com/item/De178-79506/

  30. 202s in the early morning. Got them 2017 hardly worn but second hand. Left knee torn, right back pocket as well, pocket entries have been repaired, crotch has been repaired. Have cut them off a few years ago because the original inseam was about 37" post shrink and I got tired of cuffing.

  31. I have to wonder where in the process this was seen as a good move. Especially since the brand already carries -ws products in stock on ms at the moment, there are many available substitutions at a lower price point. I get that ACR isnt supposed to care blah blah, but it feels like a poorly thought out release and like a project that will never break even. I dont see these selling. I agree with the gripes about the J100 title too, wasted opportunity.

  43. bartlebyyphonics, I do have a 300T Sharkhunter (which is nice, but larger), but also this SUB 300 Shark. It was issued for Doxa's 50th Anniversary and is similar to your 300, except for the white minute hand and scale in feet instead of meters.
