Went for a run tonight after seeing how much progress Volvo has made and how much of a wall I've hit in the last six months! This morning I was expecting it to be in the 90's, so I left wearing one outfit but had to change on my lunch break because it was only 67 out. Bizarre for Texas this time of year. Warm edition: The Flat Head. PBJ. Roy. Viberg. Colder edition: OrSlow. PBJ. Roy. Viberg.

Hey mikecch, I had occasion to look at a previous post of mine in the SDA thread (p 44) and noticed that you had requested pics of the cut ends of a few Ai dyed to the core belt loops to show indigo penetration. As can be seen, I'm a little late (7 years) in responding but hey, what the hell! SDA D-1507, Ai dyed, 30 dips SDA D-1554, machine dyed with natural indigo R by45RPM Ai dyed Jomon, 24 dips

In Denim Blunders news: saw someone wearing Test Lot jeans in the wild for the first time, this past Saturday. Was at the market and saw a dude in pants that looked real familiar; said something like "hey you with the jeans", and he looked sorta embarrassed, so I didn't push a conversation. I get not wanting to talk about clothes with random strangers…I guess I just figured folks wearing Roy's jeans would make up a narrow enough group that there'd be some interest. If you're on here: Hey! (For the record, I'm counting this as a blunder on his part, not mine.)

Well I didn’t leave Tokyo with any big E’s for myself ... but Jack struck lucky in Marvin’s Got himself another pair of 503zxx but an earlier pair this time ( 54/56 ? ) . Got some time to take a few pics while we’re having a rest from the chaos of Hong Kong Disney land

Sugar Cane's mixed-fiber fabrics do great in the summer.

Same thing happened with my SDA D1507. Took a regular hammer and carefully tapped them flat like dau. Zero exposed back pocket rivets in my future. Here you go, Pedro.

So how's the waiting coming along? I can report that Inoue-san has started cutting the fabric earlier this week. Here's a few pictures from when Shingo visited him last summer: http://denimbridge.jp/2018/07/08/9136 Btw, looks like we'll be a little more than 50 people in the contest, 20 from Japan.

My pair of CH is so worn in that it’s hard to make a comparison at this point. But I will say with some degree of surety that the new E is lighter than the 2018 DS, and fit a little snugger imo. Could just be the lack of stretch to a degree, but I also find they have a little less fabric in places, both the waist, calves, and length. Out of all the iterations of P10’s I’ve worn, these fit me the best IMO. I’m def gonna cop a pair in black if possible, and any other iterations in this fabric. (Well, not TS if they make that mistake again. Shit looks cool without the pouches but otherwise- meh)

I really like orSlow's stuff. @Broark the fabric they use for the shirt is the same as the one they use for the Fatigue Pants? With the warmer weather I see myself wearing the Cargo pants more often
