Anyone know anything about these? Bought them about 7 years a go when I didn't even know what selvedge was. I sold them because they got too small but always wish I had kept them now.

That so? That patch was the quintessential Evisu patch for me before I learnt more about it. I SEEM to remember lots of weird Made in Italy Evisu stuff from 8-10 years ago with that patch.

I bought them from Drome in Liverpool where I bought 3 other pairs around the same time, they aren't fake.

Take it easy, hes just giving his honest opinion. Id have to agree with him that ive never seen a genuine pair of any type of Evisu with that patch. Not to say they arent authentic, it just doesnt look that way. You'd really need to see that selvedge line to say for sure as there have been some funky designs in the past.

So cant show me a pair that are clearly not fake with that patch? Ive only been looking at eBay almost every day for 4 years and not seen a single one with that patch that turned out to be the real. Plenty of fakes though.

Stick with the Leepro thread - the lads in there are very knowledgeable, and happy to help out. There are plenty of links in the thread that will take you to other sources.

And I can imagine the earlier Lee cuts being right up your street, as they're roomier and more 'workwear', if you know what I mean...

Yeah thats my type of fit. I always thought Lee played second fiddle to Levi's but ive been doing them an injustice. Really liking these repro's I picked up. Need to throw them more respect.
