he doesn't realize that I wouldn't have said anything that I did, like when I was at the cafeteria, or that I didn't see any bags, if I actually did take it.

I didn't know what time he was at the cafeteria, so I posted when I was there and told him I didn't see anything to be helpful, as in, to say that I didn't see anything and didn't have a lead, so I couldn't help him out. I actually wanted him to get his bag back, because I can sympathize with people victimized for no reason. Once he saw that I was at cafeteria around the same time as him (he doesn't recall specifically, whereas I have phone call logs for an exact time when I left the cafeteria, mind you, with witnesses, one of which I had met that day, who could corroborate my story), he decided to call the cops. He doesn't even think about the fact that I had never seen him or heard of him before to be able to plan something like this, and that if I had actually taken it, I wouldn't give him the information that I did, I would've just kept my mouth shut.. really dumb.

Then he assumes just because I'm on superfuture and from some rhymes on my facebook that I would actually steal. Does this du realize there are way more hypebeasty kids at UCI who wouldn't give a fuck and steal a bag anyway? Superfuture isn't even really streetwear-based, more denim based...

Then he claims that he has some compelling evidence that will solidify his already oh-so-convincing body of assumptions that I am the culprit or whatever.. I'm quite curious to hear what it is, but the du won't spill because he's scared I'll disprove his one shot at trying to beat me or something.

I have a feeling that I know what this piece of evidence is, and I assure you it was another joke posted online -- nothing real or tangible.

It's just really frustrating for me because cj doesn't even realize how it feels to be accused of something you didn't do. It's really a hassle. If I was a bitchass I could probably sue him for harassment, but I just suck it up and deal with him really patiently.
