I need a hooded rain shell parka thing. I checked a bunch of outerwear places today but al the modern stuff is shit and the people there don't understand when you say you want something attractive. the blue Fjallraven Greenland is the best but unavailable and an old 60/40 is pretty hard to track down. any other suggestions? I only want to spend like 2-250 at the most.

I'm not into the Kasson, the S/S version they had of that called the Vassan is unlined and came in a colourblock but they all sold out everywhere as I was waiting for them to tell me if they shipped to Canada.

^^Agreed. I belive its ment to fit snug though. But I love my blue Greenland, wear it all the time.

I would be very cautious about buying their stuff online because their cut is rather boxy and fit pretty weird.

G-shock is perfect for action sports but it doesn't really go well with this type of steez.

i recommend it all over the place but i really like the j.crew x timex one - although you could definitely get the same feeling by finding a similar face and just buying a nylon / military styled strap for it.

Agree that watch is dope looking. How well does it keep time as an automatic that's considerably cheaper than any automatic I've ever seen before?

You know what, surprisingly well. I had the exact same concern but I've been using it for a good year and a half now and maybe every week or so I start noticing it's not synced up with my computer clock but only marginally. Again don't take my word as 100% accurate but it definitely isn't a problem unless you're full time job is a train conductor.

i think you're looking for a field warch. oh the cheap end, seiko and hamilton khaki are the best imo. but i'd go a little higher up the spector and get an IWC Mark XV. Actually any from that line except the XVI, which got too dressy for the military face. i'll post some picks of my outdoorsy options when i get home.

i like the j.crew one better aesthetically but this is a way better deal - i knew someone working at the one i picked it up so i got enough of a discount to make it worth it as a timex but if you don't this is a good suggestion

I don't usually like brown on black - but somehow the combination hangs together well on watches, at least if the case is a silver color. Nice watch!
