I don't have a recipe, but it'd be pretty easy to make. Just make a regular chicken broth from scratch and skim/clarify it, pull the better meat off the bones and reserve, season broth with tamarind juice or paste to taste, strain it for solids again.

put chicken in bowl, put raw diamond-cut tomatoes in, ladle broth over, chiffonade a bunch of the green unwrinkled parts of butter lettuce leaves, add, serve.
