Nope not 10%, now get 25% and Ebay's 10%. Here are some better written instructions. This took some time to write. And I appreciate the rep.

Create a Hotmail account, if you already have one, then skip this step.

Go to http://search.live.com and sign up (or sign in) with your hotmail account to MSN’s Cashback program by clicking on the “Get Cashback” graphic on the right, or clicking on the “Sign In” link also located on the right.

Go to EBay and look for items you want. To qualify for the Cashback the item must have a “Buy It Now” option, and it must take Paypal. Place these items into your EBay “Watch Items” account.

Open up a new window and go to http://search.live.com and do a search for “blueray”.

On the top of the page under the sponsored link highlight there will be a “Live Search Cashback” button that should link you to Ebay. This graphic should reflect a 25% savings. Click through to EBay with the link.

The Microsoft Cashback 25% should appear at the top of the page.

Go to you’re my EBay account and under your watched items you can purchase anything you are watching (so long as they are Buy It Now, and the seller takes Paypal) for 25% off.

Before you commit to buy the amount you will receive in cashback will be reflected.

Those June ones were e-mail only too, I think - never got one and they worked for me. It should work for anyone, just make sure you use it in ebay checkout, before you're prompted Paypal log in
