well since coin and currency collecting is legit on ebay, you litterally post 7 $100 bills and a $50 for buy-it-now. then, with another account, you purchase it. You get your $750 in the mail, and then you save about $250 cashback, so you pay approx. $500 for $750...making $250

edit: on that forum posted at the bottom, some guy bout 35 $2 for $70, and saved the 35%. free money basically
