I think there's something wrong with me. I bought a pair of Vans x w)taps slip-ons last week from Snowboardconnection.com. Three days ago, I bought a pair of Vans x Supreme (Public Enemy) Sk8-hi's. Today, just for the heck of it, I placed a bid for $60 on another pair of Vans x w)taps slip-ons, and to my suprise, I won the auction. Oh well.. looks like I got a pair to keep on ice over the winter:

Yeah, I read two of his older books first and found them... intriguing. Then they got formulaic and boring. I would never have called him a great writer in the first place, although the stories were amusing enough, but his new stuff is, to put it lightly, trash.
