I posted in the waywt thread because it just so happened to be what I was wearing, and I just so happened to feel like posting, not because I was particularly proud of anything I happened to put on that day. I don't own a whole lot of clothes that many on this board might consider "fashionable." Not because I do it out of bad taste or because I think all of these people's clothes suck. I just simply don't find it worth my money to wear $80 shirts when $20 or even sometimes $5 shirts make me feel just as good about myself. I have a lot of other interests and things I like to involve myself with that I would like to spend my dough on, and I also have bills.

I like fashion, and I like a lot of the looks that this board produces, regardless of whether or not they completely differ from those that I produce.

If you continue to find it worth your time to rag on me and my clothes and my girl, keep it up, I guess. I'm not claiming any superiority to any others on this board. But I'm happy to be me and to have what I have, so you're not making much of a difference in my life, I assure you.

Yea, I guess I'm just not really worried about things. I have a job that I enjoy enough, a great woman (that some of you will probably eventually realize), and I've got a good future ahead of me. I have good taste, in my opinion, and I suppose one day it might begin to show slowly but surely in my clothing. Maybe I should just resort to the music boards, but fashion interests me, and I find it fun to learn more about how it's shaping out.

By the way, though your post was a bit sarcastic in tone, it sort of made sense, so I didn't take it too harshly. If we're ranking our level of success solely on economic status, I'm sure you've got me there, buddy. I'm not gonna cry about it, though.

I'm not gonna go to an antique muscle car forum and then post pictures of my 01 shitty cavalier and tell them that caring about muscle cars is dumb because i'm happy with my car. Clothing/fashion is a hobby to some. If your hobby is going on random message boards and attention whoring and trying to get a reaction out of people, that's really unfortunate.
