not directly in regards to the way I myself dress, but some elements of it inspire me yes, as do some ideas, and as mentioned before, the idea of clothing being much more valuable in terms of use.

in a thread full of cultural happenings and even asian influences as far back as the 1800's, me being somewhat 'lightly' inspired by one film among many is not taking this too seriously.

the film is cool and the way the characters dress is cool. doesn't mean I walk round town with a machete in my hand and shades on.
