made lasagna with a friend for a dinner party a week ago or so. Half italian sausage, half tofurky italian sausage. haha

what i did with the leftover lasagna noodles, in a bowl with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parmesan. and sea salt..

Some of what i had last night, went out with my parents for my birthday. This is mackerel with the meat served sashimi style and the bones tail and head battered in panko and fried. With ponzu sauce.

my moon festival eats included: 2 cups of shin ramen, a cup of instant rice cake soup, homemade cheeseteaks, and a pot of minestrone when I cleared out my fridge yesterday. I am gonna eat hot and sour soup, a homemade burger, and maybe some nachos tomorrow. I am a pregnant woman.

Keeping with the last burger posted, had a go at this.

Odd promo a friend's Dad came up with for this diner place. Four dollar eat all you can. Choices are cheese burger, corned beef, tuna melt, cheese steak, roast beef, and some other ones that I don't care to remember.

5 out of the 8 mini sandwiches I ate, and for about 3 USD more you get a beer tower of San Miguel to wash it all down. Mm.. heart disease.
