Since I am a lowly West-coaster, the only White Castle I've had are the frozen ones / cheap diner imitations. But then, we have In N' Out.

and in the dirty south, you can't get white castles, but you can get krystals.

in japan, you can get mos burgers.

but it's good to be back in the west coast where i could get in-n-out burgers again. (and occasional carl's jr.s and jack in the boxes.)

There's so much delicious looking food in here. I failed and forgot to photograph it, but I made BLT's tonight and used Reed avocado and arugula instead of lettuce, with fancy locally produced bacon. Best BLT I've had.

Edit: Seriously, if you like BLT's, try arugula on them, it's amazing.

this was a really affordable meal at $15sgd. i also really liked that it was cold udon instead of the usual soba. really springy noodle texture.

salad at a coffee joint, but i don't really drink coffee so... (and yes, this was the supper with whizkit as aforementioned, so now you know what i ate!)
