Some of the best cookies I've ever made. It's a brown sugar macadamia nut cookie with 58% cacao dark chocolate. I experimented with some exotic brown sugars (i used a dark muscovado) with some good results. It gave it a nice earthy taste, instead of a completely molasses-y sweetness.

I went to WD-50 recently and was totally disgusted. I went in not expected the food to be amazing, but fun and creative. Maybe I have to go to El Bulli
