When you work out you need 3-4g of carbs per pound of body weight per day. And after a workout it is extremely important to get carbs in you to replenish your glycogen stores. That's why it seems like its a lot, but really it isn't.

i believe thats relative to what your goals are and how much working out there is involved in your daily routine. i'm sort of on a continuous clean bulk, my carb intake sort of changes with the times depending on how i'm feeling or if/what i am working out that day and how intense the workout was. but i do go nuts on the oats/brown rice/wheat bread/veggies as heavy as i can without feeling like shit afterwards.

maybe we can continue this discussion elsewhere, follow my lead:

back home instead of white castle i have krystal. ive spoken to people thatve had both and heard krystal was better. i dunno, i thought the mini burgers from each were about equal, but all i know is (and though i didnt read the whole menu) i didnt see any mini chik sandwiches or mini pup chili dogs at white castle, that may be a deal breaker. 24hrs is dope though. i think krystals are too though if i remember correctly

ps- felix, hows this?
