I hope this isn't an intervention from a higher corporation against these Japanese companies.

I hope this in reference to the explosion of attention on Japanese denim.

Guys, I think we need to make a pact and stick together. Hold hands, use the buddy system, and persevere.

It's not just you, I don't see anything either. Did Levis decide to go after all the companies that use a form of the arcuate (sp?) stitching?

EDIT: They took down all of their Sugar Canes, too, even the Union Stars.

wow that's bad. But predictable. Levi's main copyrights are their arcuate and their red tab, regardless of what it says on the tab. Written on every single 501 tag.

They might choose to drop all US distribution rather than do that. US is a small market right now.

Trying to think of all infringement brands:

SDA

Flat Head

Samurai

Oni

Iron Heart

Denime?

Sugarcane (didnt they already comply?)
