theres way too many wild animals by my house. last night like 3-4 owls were hooting from about 11-1 am, some nights this animal called the fisher cat lets out this noise that literally sounds like a woman being murdered. every morning i wake up to the ugliest bird chirping ive heard... shits not even a song its just this short chirp that sounds like an alarm.

^ repetitive. if it's in retail it's the worst possible position, you get people complaining like you personally priced every item higher than what they deem acceptable, and since you're not working the floor, not nearly as many chances to chat with cute girls who come in.

I just realized gran turismo on the psp can take custom music. Put a few hundred random songs on, go to race on the ny track, and nyc cops from the strokes played. weeeeird.

^ Depends on the type of store, from my experience as one in a few supermarkets it's pretty shitty. You have to stand for your whole shift and you meet all types of people and put up with all types of crazy situations. In retrospect, it's good training for any future job because nothing anyone does or says surprises you anymore.

I usually just post in the supermarket, but I thought I'd share my recent story/thought with you guys.

So I was just driving earlier today minding my own business, and a car decides to try and cut me off, nearly hitting my car. I gave the guy the finger and I just kept driving. Next thing I know, he starts chasing after me. I literally thought that I was gonna get rear ended or something at this point. Once he caught up to me, he threw something at my window. I don't know what it was, but it was pretty hard. Luckily my window didn't break. I gave the guy the finger again and I was in a turning lane so I lost him. He looked like he was ready to get out of the car to beat the shit out of me. To my anticipation, he was native.

I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, thinking that there's a good in everyone, but natives are all the same. I'm not racist or anything, but it's just what I've experienced with them. Just sayin' :/...
