when you get a fix-it ticket and after you "fix-it", you show it to an officer right? he puts down his badge number and signs the ticket and that's all you need to do when you show it to a judge. i've done this maybe... 4 times now? It was mostly cause I was lazy and also did not want to drill my front bumper for a license plate(when your bumper cost 3k, you do NOT drill it).

So, I went outside to throw away some trash just now and my neighbor's trash can was knocked over and there were unused bottle rockets all over the ground.
