^ i think one of the great things about your Sub is that you can wear it with pretty much anything, from tees to a tux.

got my Sinn in the mail today, very happy:

now i'd just like a versatile white dialed model. looking at the Stowa Marine Original but i'm afraid it may be too big for my wrist.

Great article in today's NY Times about the current state of Rolex..

Nice to see Patrizzi say "Rolex makes the best movements in the world" to the press where many are afraid to admit this.

Objectively speaking I very much doubt it is true...

I much prefer the cleaner style watches, like that Sinn which is pretty dope. Would totally cop a nice, plain watch before a Rolex. I'm in high school without a job...so I get what I can..I have a super mainstream & not too unique GShock (haven't looked through this whole topic, any GShock fans? Their fairly tight imo). from my gf.& a cheap but nice Guess. Hate if you want, whatever, haa.

Is this legit?

I've gotten scammed from a seller in Singapore before so I'm hesitant.

Pretty sure these types of eBay deals are similar to that of a grey market watch. Posted a link previously. Unless you buy from an authorized Seiko dealer, Seiko probably won't deal with any warranty issues that come up.

Nice part is, these watches are solid and I highly doubt you'd have any warranty issues to begin with. It's like an insurance policy...you'll pay less for the grey market watch while sacrificing piece of mind if anything goes wrong.

It's $62. I'd pick it up and risk it.

For those who care, Orient Watch USA is having 50% off everything on their website: http://orientwatchusa.com/watches.php. The code is givethanks50. They also provide free shipping and free link remover. I don't know how great their customer service is, but these prices of these watches are much cheaper than the grey market.

Might get myself that diver I've always wanted.

Thanks for the heads up.. i swear Orient used to make straight up DateJust and DayDate knock-offs, do they not any more? I'd be willing to pick up a couple of those just for the hell of it at that price.

I just checked that website, they look pretty good.

But I don't think they ship outside the US.

I sent them an email anyway, I'm pretty set on getting one of these:

could you keep me updated on their answer ? i want the fake two tone rolex.
