Well in Perth there's cabinet noir. And I think rhd just opened a store in either melbs or Syd. Can't really remember

 

RHD closed their store in Melbourne a few months back.

Also, Corlection in Melbourne is good. Probably the best range of Japanese denim in Australia these days.

I only visited Corlection store in Haymarket - they carry a lot of brands and The Strike Gold i think is cheaper than BIG, even Global Rakuten.

There is Denham in the rocks, not my thing but the guys working there are lovely and can chain stitch your jeans.

 

Footage has some bespoke Euro brands.

 

Supply for Visvim, Wtaps and Neighborhood denim.

 

Maple has sugarcane, tellason and edwin.

 

Capsule get the levis commuter range in occasionally. 

 

Incu for APC and Acne if that's your thing.

I only know Apartment and The Outpost in Brisbane.  Between them they have Edwin and Carhartt denim.

My Flat Heads could use a bit of crotch reenforcement. I would like to stay local for now, anyone have any recommendations for inside sydney?

Search online for Mikhail Zenon if Corlection haven't got anyone in mind (it may very well be him, if they do)... he is the man for alterations and repairs, no question. He's passionate about it and has all the required tools and knowledge, including probably all the functioning Union Specials in Sydney.  He was attached to a store in Chatswood, I think, and I know that he knows the Corlection team.  He'll take post or meet up depending on time and suburb. Reminds me I have a couple of pairs requiring chain stitched hems..
