Ugh, JACKPOT sent my wallet about a month later. No e-mail, nothing. They didn't even ask for my proper adress. The wallet ended up in Vancouver when I live in Edmonton. and to make it even worse, i had to pay a $25 fee. Now I have two wallets. I bought one from VARI because I assumed JACKPOT was not going to send me my order...

That's incredible. I've never heard of something like that happen before. They probably waited until they could charge your card first or something. Well, at least you've got the wallet you wanted. I'm not so certain over the quality of that primary wallet.

agreed....pretty ridiculous set of events right there.

the quality of that primary wallet doesnt look too great.

You can't really expect much for a $75 wallet. I don't even really see the point of buying a wallet that cheap from Japan...

One of the reasons we buy Japanese made wallets is because we can't find wallets domestically that are made that as well.

Hard to really tell without seeing it in person...but its definitely not redmoon, that's for sure.

The leather feels a little...meh, but other than that there's nothing really wrong with quality. Although, I can see some differences between the RRC and the Primary. I should have just waited -__-.

^^After confirmation email or anything for 2+ weeks? Anyone would have just assumed they didn't send it.

Like I did :mad:. What made matters worse was how they dealt with the shipping. they didn't send me a tracking number, which is why i assumed they would never send it. Then when they finally sent it, they sent it to the wrong fucking province/city. So i had to pay an additional tax that doesn't even apply to me.

How would you say the primary compared to the RM personaly?

I don't own a RM. It's RRC, which is under the RM company, but made in i believe chinaland. It's one third of the price of RM, and its really good quality in my opinion. To be honest, the Primary doesn't compare but it's still decent.

So I set up a rakuten account per instructions and got verification. I then placed an order with 2nd and got an automated email about my credit card not running. Anybody who could explain this to me would be much appreciated. Seems to be saying either my expiration date was wrong (I checked, it was good) or my bank refused the transaction. I am going to call them but I wanted to know if anybody had a similar situation.

Yeah, my address is the same, but I dont think they need it to be as it is international and I am not sure they could decipher it properly. I called the bank and they said it had not even been run which is odd. I tried modifying the order and reentering the credit card to make sure all the numbers were correct but got another email that seems to say the same thing. I emailed 2nd but they just told me (I think) that it is not them, but Rakuten that handles this.

This mail is the important mail regarding the order of the customer.

Some rakuten stores have trouble with my card (hinoya). For others (2nd), it goes through with no probs. Which is weird because it's all done by Rakuten. And my shipping address (work) is different from my billing address (home), though on Rakuten, I put my shipping address as my billing address to avoid confusion. Rakuten Ichiban handles all the credit card issues. They authorise the amount on your card to check if you have the available funds. then they inform the store to send the item. The store sends the item and invoices Rakuten. Rakuten then charges your card, takes their cut and sends the rest to the store. Very convoluted. I wonder if US Yahoo shopping is like this.
