Maybe it's time to start a dedicated thread for work boots... let's see pics and discuss the intricacies and sizing of your new White's, Viberg, Wesco and other kick ass footwear and let the evo thread go back to doing what it does best.

All are welcome, but let's kick it off with a discussion of boots from the following manufacturers:

White's Boots - Spokane, WA

Viberg Boots - Victoria, BC

West Coast Shoe Company (Wesco) - Scappoose, OR

Red Wing Shoe Company - Red Wing, MN

Dayton Boots - Vancouver, BC

Danner Boots - Portland, OR

There have been some hall-of-fame worthy posts in the Shoes that get better with age thread recently, so hopefully those members will pitch in and keep the discussion going over here.

Edit: bring it on!

Chippewa Boots - Chippewa Falls, WI

Wolverine Boots - Rockford, MI

Justin Boots - Fort Worth, TX

Wesco loggers are some of the best boots I have ever set foot in. I'd also like to add on Chippewa, Wolverine, and Justin work boots.

Georgia boots are pretty cool too but I've never worn a pair in too well.

Also didn't know this for the longest time, Wolverine mainline boots are still made in the US. My pair from 2005:

Might as well put these here too. My Viberg Merlot Chromexcel Engineers, about 5 months wear. These boots are incredibly comfortable, and I can not recommend them enough. I would recommend you size them as you would most other boots. For instance, I take an 8.5 in Clarks DBs, and I am an 8.5 in these too.
