happy new year guys... some really great pairs above, with that kind of progress they look more like they should be retired anytime soon lol...

well, here's my pair at almost 1 year (i got them in mid Jan 2011). they're going in for their third wash as soon as I get my leftfield chinos later this week.

i have to agree with beatle, there is a lot of irregularity in the fading. for a moment there i thought i caught a glance of nep fabric. it does look a bit like nep but we all know it's not possible. also, i love the vertical falling on these. definitely one of the more unique denim i've handled among the bigger japanese brands. if they can get their shit together with the loose threads around the pockets, these are pretty much the perfect pair...

apparently SE only accept repairs if you bring them in, no mail in option..

still trying to figure out how to repair the two knee holes... not sure how these will last another 11mos..

a local seamstress or tailor can fix them, just get them patched from the inside , shouldn´t be too much of a challenge
