Beats, would you say that it's hard to get combs because of the fabric/dye? (i.e. do you get combs on your other jeans quite easily?)

Max, these are like 2 sizes to big on me, so they fade more vintagy like, no super tight combs and stuff..

Anyways - took more pics - overcast today - and the color is 99% spot on

Update

A major apology to everyone who's been diligently keeping up with the thread. A double major apology to beats for going M.I.A. As you all know (or may have heard), I left San Francisco and moved back to New York about two months ago; things have been increasing difficult for me and I have been neglecting a lot of my online life to try and handle offline things. Also, I've been going through a lot of personal stress with the general scope of a big move and have been spending most of my days going through a game plan for finding work and continuing my photography.

Personal issues aside, I've still been wearing these jeans every day. It's hard to capture the light properly for contrast, but the flat light gives a better idea of the jeans 80% accuracy; the other 20% would probably be in direct light where the color shifts and the indigo contrast gets a significant bump.

Anyway, thanks for keeping tabs on this and sorry again!

the overdye seems quite stubborn, but from what's already going on there, i have no doubt these are going to turn out great
